Terms & Conditions

• Maximum age for use in the play area is 12 years.
• Caretakers are required for children under 3 years old.
• All guardians must be at least 18 years old.
• Each person and entry is deemed to be in possession of the appropriate type ticket for their time and date.
• Tickets issued are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Extra play time will be back chargeable; recommend to come back within given time.
• Management may require proof of age id details at check-in or any time during the guests stay.
• Children with special needs go in for free on display of a valid People of Determination ID (UAE) issued, while the guardian pays the adult entry fees.
• All patrons and adults must wear socks the entire time. Non-slip socks for kids are suggested.
• Food and drinks are not permitted inside the play area.
• When playing, long hair should be tied back.
• Please take off jewelry, eyewear and valuables before playing; management accepts no liability for loss or damage.
• All climbing or jumping over the slides is not allowed.
• Do not lean objects against or stack them on slides.
• Children must be seated when using slides to prevent any possible injury.
• You can't play around the slide exits.
• Trampolines should not be used by pregnant guardians.
• Maximum capacity per time: 40 children (height limit: 120 cm).
• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their children at all times.
• Management has the right to eject unruly or violent participants.
• The play area management accepts no responsibility for any injuries or loss that may occur whilst at the play centre.
