For the safety and comfort of all of our customers, we ask all visitors to adhere to our simple Rules of Play.
Parents & Guardians MUST:
- Remain on the premises at all times. Treasure Chest does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
- Accept full responsibility to supervise their children at all times.
- Monitor their children to ensure they are using the equipment safely.
- Explain the rules of play to the children and ensure they follow them. Ensure your child DOES NOT climb up the netting or play system structure.
- Not bring any of their own food or drink into the centre, please use the free water or café.
- Arrive and depart on time to allow for sanitation between sessions. All play sessions are 90 minutes.
- Ensure food and drink is consumed at the tables. NO food or drink to be taken into the playframe.
- For the safety of you child and other children, ensure they DO NOT climb the slide or netting.
- Carers to encourage all children use the toilets before entering the playframe. Please ensure all children are supervised in the toilets.
Playing hide and seek in 360 Play Stations offers a variety of benefits for individuals of all ages. This classic game, combined with the marvelous experience of 360 Play Stations, creates a unique and engaging environment that promotes physical, social, cognitive, and emotional development. Let's explore the numerous advantages of playing hide and seek in 360 Play Stations.
Anyone who enters the centre must follow the following rules and guidelines:
- Only children under the age of 11 may use the playframe, along with adults over the age of 18.
- Anyone who has been unwell within 48 hours must not visit the centre.
- Anyone who becomes unwell during a visit, must leave the centre promptly for the safety of other guests.
- Bully and fighting will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Please report any behaviour concerns to a member of staff. Please do not intervene yourself. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave immediately.
- In the interest of H&S please pick up all food debris from the floor and report all accidents to a member of staff.
- Nappies MUST NOT be changed in any other place other than the dedicated baby change rooms. Please do NOT put nappies in the sanitary bins in the toilets but place in a nappy bin located in baby change.
- Adhere to the instructions on signs or given verbally by a member of staff, we want you to have fun and play safely.

For the safety of all of our customers, management reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a family to leave, for unruly behaviour or none abidance of the rules above.
Parents and guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given to the safety of children using the play centre, Treasure Chest Soft Play Ltd cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.
