Important Guidelines for Parents/Guardians
Supervision
- Children below 3years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times without any exemption.
- Remain on the premises at all times. 360-Play does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
- You are fully responsible for supervising your children at all times and ensuring their safety.
Safe Use of Equipment
- Monitor your children to ensure they are using the equipment safely and appropriately.
- Explain the rules of play to your children before they begin and ensure they follow them throughout their session.
- Important: Children must not climb up the netting or play system structure in any way, as it poses a risk of injury.
Food and Drink
- Please refrain from bringing your own food or drink into the center. We provide free water stations and a café offering a variety of refreshments.
- All food and drink must be consumed at the designated tables or café area. No food or drink is permitted in the playframe to maintain cleanliness and safety.
Session Timing
- Arrive and depart on time to allow for proper sanitation between sessions.
- Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not be granted extended playtime to ensure fairness and cleanliness .
- Please help us maintain an orderly schedule by ensuring your child is ready to leave when the session ends.
Safety Rules
- For the safety of your child and others, children must not climb the slide or netting. These areas are designed for sliding, not climbing.
- Encourage children to use the toilets before entering the playframe to ensure they’re comfortable and minimize disruptions.360 Play are not responsible to accompany any kids to use toilets.
- Toilet Supervision: Ensure that children are supervised when using the toilets. We recommend accompanying them to ensure their safety.
Behavior
- Encourage positive and respectful behavior at all times. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior, such as running, pushing,throwing balls or rough play, will result in a warning, and repeated offenses may lead to the child being asked to leave the play area.
- 360-play is a shared space, and we expect all children to be respectful to others, including waiting their turn for equipment and respecting personal space.
Health & Safety
- If your child is feeling unwell, please refrain from bringing them into the play area for the safety and well-being of others.
- In the event of an emergency, please follow all staff instructions promptly and calmly.
- Accidents: If your child has an accident or injury, inform a staff member immediately so we can assist and ensure their safety.
Parking of strollers and Entry
- Park only in designated areas to avoid obstruction or inconvenience to others.
- Entry to the center should be made through the main entrance, and children must be signed in and out upon arrival and departure.
Lost and Found
- 360 Play is not responsible for lost items, but we will make every effort to locate and return any misplaced belongings.
- Please keep a close eye on your child’s personal items and remind them not to leave their belongings unattended.
Photography and Filming
- Photography and filming for personal use are allowed, but please ensure that you are respectful of other children's privacy. Ask permission before capturing photos of other children.
- Social Media: If you wish to share photos online, please ensure that other children are not included unless consent has been obtained from their parents.
