Welcome to 360 Play! Take some time to read our Terms & Conditions so everyone can have a safe and fun time. In purchasing a ticket or registering for the play area, you consent to following rules.

You Read and Understand: If you’re entering the play zone or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you’ve read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Ticket Period: The tickets cannot be returned once they have been booked. Depending on the ticket type, one ticket will grant access for one individual for an indefinite amount of time.
Be Informed: Please be aware of the rules and regulations from our team and management so everyone can have fun and be safe.
Be Conscious: Parents, guardians, and guests need to ensure they and their kids are in the right place during their visit.
Bring Proof of Age: Managers can ask for proof of age at any time, so bring it with you.
Be Safe: Always obey the play space attendants and safety protocols so that there are no accidents and everyone’s fun.

One Ticket, One Play: A ticket can be used by only one person and opens the play space for an amount of time depending on the type of ticket that was purchased.
Socks Required: All children are asked to wear socks while playing. Anti-slip socks are the best, but ol’ socks are okay.
Special requirements: Children who are Specially Qualified (Persons of Determination) can enter without cost with proof of ID of UAE Government. But a parent will have to still pay the normal adult admission price.
Toddlers: Under 3 years old children should be accompanied by an adult. They should have parental consent of at least 18.
Guardian Duty: Guardians are supposed to be the one to keep their children safe and behave during their visit.

Overplay Time Charges: You may incur overplay time charges. It is best to check out before the time the attendants suggest so you don't get charged an extra fee.
Age and Height Limitations: Children should not be older than 12 years old and no more than 120 cm tall to play on the playground. Play zone can accommodate 40 children at a time.
No Food/Drinks: We are not allowed to provide food and drinks on the playground due to safety and hygiene concerns.
Unruly Behavior: In the interest of safety and comfort of all we reserve the right to ask any unruly or inconvenient persons to vacate the premises.
Slide Safety: Please use the slides while sitting. There is no climbing or jumping on slides.
Items of Personal Value: We ask you to remove jewellery and glasses before using the play space. No lost or damaged personal property will be liable to 360 Play.
Liability For Injuries: 360 Play is not responsible for injuries caused by use of the facilities. People coming here go at their own peril.

Safety: If the children’s hair is long, they should pull it down when they are playing so they don’t get injured.
Age Check: We may require ages proof when asked, so carry ID.
Slide Exit Security: To avoid harm to your child, please do not play in front of the slide exits. Daddy’s, don’t let your kids come in here.
During Pregnancy: Pregnant women are not permitted on the trampoline equipment, for safety reasons.
